All items are hand knitted in Belgium and mostly made to order,
please allow 3-4 weeks for production.

You can see if an item is in stock in the description below the item. In this case, allow three days for shipping.

Returns

We hope you love your MW item. In case you decide it is not the best match for you, you can exchange it. We have a no-return exchange only policy. Please send email to [email protected] for return confirmation and what piece you would like for exchange (note that some items are made to order). If the item is solely made-to-order with adjusted measurements, this item cannot be exchanged or returned.

Items must be returned within 5 days of receiving the item. They must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition with their original tags and packaging. As the customer you are responsible for shipping charges. We do not reimburse any return packages lost in transit. Original shipping cost is not refundable or reusable.

We hold the right to deny any refund that does not meet all policy requirements.
